Since 1984 Madkim has been shipping loads of bulk raw magnesite lumps internationally. To ensure our quality we closely survey all stages from magnesite production to ship loading.

Below you can find our specifically defined 7 check points (CP):

CP-1: Chemical Analysis before transportation to the port

The quality of magnesite must meet the specifications required by the client.
Magnesite samples are collected and analyzed daily.
CP-2: Visual Inspection of the truck before transportation to the port

The dumpers of the transport trucks must be free of dirt.
Dumper inspection and cleaning if necessary.
CP-3: Stock Area Visual Inspection

The reserved stock area must be free of dirt.
The area is swept and washed prior to stocking.
CP-4: Ship Loading Equipment: Visual Inspection of the Truck

The dumpers of the trucks transporting the material from the stock area to the ship must be free of dirt.
Dumper inspection and cleaning if necessary.
CP-5: Ship Loading Equipment: Visual Inspection of the Loader

The bucket of the loader loading the material into the trucks must be free of dirt.
Loader’s bucket inspection and cleaning if necessary.
CP-6: Ship Loading Equipment: Visual Inspection of the Crane Loading Platform

The crane loading platform must be free of dirt.
Platform is swept and washed.
CP-7: Visual Inspection of the Ship’s Hold

The Ship’s hold must be free of dirt.
Visual inspection of ship’s hold.
